Have you noticed when many -usally white- people talk, a ‘woman’ is not just a woman, she is a white woman.
And a ‘man’ is not just a man, he is a white man.
And a ‘kid’ is not just a kid, but a white kid.
When describing a person, the default word describes a white person.
‘Some kid’ is white. If that ‘kid’ is not white, then a race adjective is added.
‘A crazy lady’ is not a black lady. If she is black, a race adjective is added.
‘That guy on the street’ is a white guy. If he is hispanic the race adjective is added.
I think that qualifies as discrimination.
