This is the part where everyone is at school, and I’m home working alone for most of the day. It’s the part where I try to be happier for everyone together there than sadder here on my own. Even though I miss everyone tremendously, I would still be increadibly dissapointed if I was to find out I’m not going to England. I miss you all tremendously.
I still don’t know about England. Professor Loven is saying Just go and everything will work out. So now I’m just waiting on a date to buy a plane ticket for.
I’m amazed by what people expect they deserve. Last year there was a mud slide in southern California somewhere, and some people died. It’s tragic, yes. Any time someone dies is tragic. But the people who didn’t die expect the government to reinforce the hill so it won’t happen again. Move out! They expect the government to front 30 million dollars to terrace the hill, when scientists expect it will happen again anyway. Sure, the coast of Florida and the southern states is nice, but if hurricanes keep ruining your house, I’m tired of my tax dollars going for relief effort when you could just Move! I’d rather my tax dollars go to a homeless guy in anywhere, rather than to rebuild your million dollar beach house every time a hurricane comes through. Or to ruin the local ecosystem by buiding burms and replacing the soil that is naturally eroding so your house doesn’t wash away. Save yourself the inevitable grief you show all over the news every time you lose everything, and move! I understand some people can’t afford to move, so how about instead of the government giving my money and everyone elses money to rebuild beach homes that will get destroyed next hurricane season and help these impoverished people get a house in an area safer from hurricanes. The Pine Knob Ampitheatre about 30 minutes away was built in the 60’s I think. In the 80’s and 90’s some people decided they wanted to live in a subdivision built near by, then decided to complain that it was too noisy when Pine Knob would have concerts. So they expected and demanded and got ordinances saying no concert goes later than 11 pm, and a bunch of other crap. Take some responsibility. Don’t expect me to cater to your luxuries, you don’t deserve it.
