I think maybe I’d like a website instead of this thing.
Kinda like this, but not really.
I finally picked up the Christianity Today with The Simple Way article, and I read a small bit, and the question returned to my mind, who are these ‘evangelicals’ and how are they different than christians? Is ‘evangelical’ synonymous with ‘christian’? Is an ‘evangelical’ and kind of ‘christian’? Can only certain denominations be called ‘evangelicals’? Will ‘Christianity Today’ soon be changed to, ‘Evangelicalism Today’? Are people tired of people ruining the label of ‘christian’ so they choose ‘evangelical’ instead? What is an evangelical and how is that person different than a regular christian? Where did this term come from?
Well, Shakespeare can be good. As I read more of Henry IV part I, I enjoyed it more, or could at least understand it more. Henry V though, that’s a gem. Especially the ending. I only watched the film version, and only the last 3/4, but I’m pretty sure it’s word for word. And the ending is brilliant. The part after the fighting, when King Harry attempts to confess his love to Kathrine is absolutely delightful. Shakespeare has redeemed himself thus far, though I still have not read much. Nor have I read any of his contemporaries with which to compare.
It began Thursday at 10:10 pm, and ended at 7:50 Sunday morning. Everything went back to normal then, just slightly better because she had been here for those 58 hours. But worse because she is no longer here. The Monday copine at home blues were strong today. I forgot the flower for when she got off the train. And forgot to plan ahead to have one before we left for the dinner. The Drake and all that accompanied it was grand. The food. The people. The events that transpired between announcing the court and winners while the music played and when we all left. It was all grand. And I with the most lovely date this world has to offer. Seeing some graduated architects was indeed refreshing. Is was just a fantastic night. Nearly everything about it was stellar.
Saturday was a fine weathered day with soccer, and Café Fillipi, me winning in chess and an enjoyable birthday party in Volkman 2… I forgot the number. Spoons and Egyptian Rat Something were played and enjoyed by many.
Sunday started early. Her train left at 7:50, so we had to leave here by 5:40 to catch the Metra for her to catch the train home.
The rest of Sunday was just homework and frame building. It was a late night. So will the rest of this week.
I didn’t mean to update this, I have a lot to do. I’m going to go do that.
Yea, we definitely just got Tiger in the fine arts building. And by we, I mean everyone but Jeremy, Josh, Vanessa, and me. But we’ll get it soon. And that is pretty exciting.
It’s really frustrating coming up with a ‘successful’ design that really sucks.
This weather is stupendous.
