I was talking to Sarah B. yesterday and I saw one of the kids who lives on campus playing with a Mr. Potato* head, so I thought I’d come up with an analogy about life using Mr. Potato* head. I kinda got one, but couldn’t use it in the converstation. I’ll use my xanga as a forum for this: come up with an analogy about life with Mr. Potato* Head, and post it as a comment.
Another question. If a guy has a female friend that is attractive, can he say she is pretty without her thinking he is hitting on/flirting with her?
————(I’m talking only about physical beauty here. As much as one can single it out. Maybe if I didn’t know my friends as well as I did, I wouldn’t find them as physically attractive. Either way. An example: One of my female friends looked extra-physically pretty the other day, and I considered saying something, but I wasn’t sure if it was ok. I also wasn’t sure how to phrase it, but I’ll ask more about that in another post. The whole point of this really, is that I’d like to compliment my female friends with no conscious alterior motives and I want to know how it would be received.)<—Added after a few comments.
